engagement photography – raleigh nc

One of my favorite sessions to do is engagement photography in Raleigh, NC. And wowww, I feel so lucky to know and to have met these two. Gavin and Brette are amazing. During our phone call, Brette and I had such an amazing conversation. She told me all about their wedding plans and it immediately sounded so amazing! We connected about all the things, instantly friends!

I feel so lucky to work for people that become friends, that those friends become the ones who trust me to photograph the best day of their lives.

Not only did Brette and I have so much fun on the phone, but my session with her and Gavin was amazing. These two were naturals in front of the camera. I can’t believe how many great photos we got even with all the talking we did!

We spent their session at a beautiful pond that some family friends of Gavin’s have been sprucing up for many years and ended the session at Gavin’s parents. It was a perfect night.

Afterward, they treated me to dinner in Gavin’s small town where we chatted about our lives and where we came from.

I cannot WAIT for their wedding this fall.
