emerald isle senior portraits – grace

Emerald Isle senior portraits are a favorite type of session for me. The beaches are beautiful, the weather is perfect, and don’t get me started on the sunsets out there!

This session is an all-time favorite senior session of mine! It has been a little while since I’ve done a senior session because I’ve been focused on weddings for a while now. Plus moving to North Carolina slowed down my senior season. But when Grace reached out and wanted me to shoot hers, I was so excited!

Grace wanted her senior portraits done at her family’s beach house in Emerald Isle.

Grace was an absolute doll and so easy to work with! She was willing to try new and fun poses and was such a natural in front of the camera. At any given moment this girl was ready for my ideas! I left this session feeling so inspired by the simplicity of her session. I feel like these photos really show that.

We shot in Emerald Isle at the beach house her family owns and across the street at the beach. We ended on the beach running into the sunset and those really turned out to be some of my favorites.

I’m so excited to capture more for the class of 2023. 

Grace is a swimmer in high school and is going to do more amazing things in her life.
